This study aims to analyze how digital transformation and the utilization of data analytics can optimize supply chain resilience. In a global context that is continuously evolving and often full of uncertainty, supply chain resilience becomes a critical aspect for the operational sustainability of organizations. This research uses a mixed-method approach, combining both quantitative and qualitative analysis. Quantitative data was collected through surveys of 120 professionals working in various multinational companies that have implemented digital technologies in their supply chain operations. Quantitative analysis was conducted using regression techniques to measure the impact of digital transformation on supply chain resilience. On the other hand, in-depth interviews were conducted with 15 senior executives and supply chain managers to gain deeper insights into the factors that influence the application of data analytics in enhancing resilience. The results of the quantitative analysis indicate that the implementation of digital transformation, including automation, cloud computing, and the use of the Internet of Things (IoT), has a significant positive impact on supply chain resilience, with a 25% improvement in operational robustness. Furthermore, the use of data analytics, including demand forecasting and risk management, also enhances the ability of companies to identify and respond to supply chain disruptions. The qualitative findings reveal that organizations that successfully integrate data analytics into decision-making processes are faster in responding to crises, reducing recovery time, and improving collaboration with business partners. Digital transformation and the utilization of data analytics have been proven to enhance supply chain resilience by improving visibility, efficiency, and adaptability to market changes. Organizations that integrate these two elements into their supply chain strategies are better able to manage uncertainty and mitigate potential risks. This study provides practical insights for supply chain managers to optimize the application of technology in enhancing their organization's resilience.
