This qualitative study explores the effectiveness of holistic nursing care in enhancing the psychosocial well-being and quality of life of cardiovascular patients. By utilizing a library research methodology, this study reviews and synthesizes existing literature on the impact of holistic nursing interventions, which encompass physical, emotional, social, and spiritual care, on patients with cardiovascular conditions. The research aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of how these nursing practices contribute to improving not only the physical health of patients but also their emotional and psychological states. The findings highlight the significant role of holistic approaches in addressing the complex needs of cardiovascular patients, emphasizing the importance of personalized care plans that promote emotional support, stress reduction, and social integration. Furthermore, the study identifies key factors such as patient education, relaxation techniques, and family involvement as critical components of holistic nursing care that positively influence patients' overall well-being. This review underscores the need for integrating holistic nursing practices into clinical settings to enhance both the psychological and physical health outcomes for individuals with cardiovascular diseases. The study concludes by recommending further empirical research to examine the direct impact of holistic care on the quality of life of cardiovascular patients, as well as its potential to reduce hospital readmissions and improve long-term patient satisfaction.
